Refunds and Returns Policy – Fragrance Oasis

At Fragrance Oasis, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty or damaged fragrance, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or if the product is faulty, you must report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product and a description of the issue when you contact us.

Refund Process
Once your return has been approved, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items reported within the 3-day window.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging, where applicable.
